This is Michelle Nadon-Renick's website and contains information on my new Integrated Health Practice, as well as on some of the different events, workshops and amazing healers coming to Salt Spring. You will find a variety of services available to assist you in your own personal transformation and help you on your journey to your ultimate Divine health.


What is a Chrysalis?

Before it becomes a butterfly, a caterpillar goes through a growth stage during which it is called a "chrysalis." Chrysalis means golden home and, like all cocoons, it implies a delicately protected place for growth and development. On the surface it may not look like much is happening, but this delicate process transforms the caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly. This metamorphosis symbolizes our ability transform ourselves & our entire life, healing on every level and reaching our Divine Potential..

"Chrysalis" is the name chosen for the Integrated Health Practice, because it symbolizes the spiritual growth & healing that is available & within each of us. This growth is an essential stage of our journey, just as the Chrysalis is for the butterfly. 


And then the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
